Employees and non-employed (credentialed) providers have the ability to reset their network passwords or unlock their accounts without calling our IT Operations Center.

Reset Password or Unlock Account
NOTE: To register for Password Self-Service and access the instructions off site, you will need to authenticate with your network username and password. You will also be required to verify your identity using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone (a process called multifactor authentication or MFA). Setup instructions below.
