Mission Statement
The Men in Health Care ERG is committed to supporting men working through the health system – in clinical and non-clinical settings – by creating a space to discuss common experiences, including support from the organization, and establish efforts to enhance those experiences to recruit and retain male employees.
Vision Statement
The Men in Health Care ERG is focused on developing a mentorship program for men who are new to the system, creating a forum for men to engage throughout the system and promoting men’s health initiatives.
Expectations
Members of this ERG are expected to be active participants in discussions centered around the how the health system is supporting them and ways to enhance those efforts. You will also be asked to participate in community events that promote men’s health initiatives.
