Services

Logos and Brand Standards

The Methodist Health System corporate identification program includes precisely defined logos, program identifiers and copyright lines, as well as clear guidelines for all prescribed usages. To see what it means to live the Methodist brand, and for full details on our corporate identity program, please refer to the brand standards guide:

You can also refer to the Corporate Identity and Logo Graphics Standards Policy. If you need an MHS logo for your project, please send a request by email to the corresponding account manager listed in our staff section.

Templates

The Marketing Department has created templates for the directional and informational sign displays, PowerPoint presentations and letterheads for all affiliates. To request a template not available in the brand guidelines or for any other questions/concerns, please contact the marketing account manager for your affiliate.

T-Shirts

Department T-shirts: Individual teams are responsible for creating and ordering their own department T-shirts. The Marketing Department does not assist with the design of any department T-shirts, and your marketing account manager must approve all T-shirts that include a Methodist logo before printing to ensure proper logo use and placement. This guideline includes the use of Methodist ERG badges on shirts. Your marketing account manager can also connect you with an approved T-shirt vendor, if needed.

Re-creating or copying designs found via Google search or on social media without express written permission from the original creator is not permitted.

Sponsored Event T-shirts: Marketing is available to help design and facilitate T-shirt orders for any sponsored event where an official Methodist team is participating. Examples of Methodist-sponsored events include the March of Dimes March for Babies and the American Lung Association Corporate Cup.

If you are leading a sponsored event team and wish to request a T-shirt, please reach out to your marketing account manager. A minimum of eight weeks’ notice ahead of the event date is required to ensure that shirts can be delivered prior to your event.

All T-shirts for Methodist-sponsored events will follow these guidelines:

  1. Art will include the following and can be placed on the front or back of the T-shirt:
    • The name of the event
    • A logo or symbol (e.g., pink ribbon) from the sponsored organization or event, if available, OR the Methodist logo/heart and dove
  2. If the event art is placed on the back of the T-shirt, the team leader may choose from the following options for the front of the shirt:
    • A small heart and dove on the left of the shirt
    • A large centered heart and dove
  3. T-shirts will be colored. Marketing will provide two in-stock T-shirt color options. This is dependent on vendor availability; Marketing cannot guarantee a specific shirt or color.
  4. All text will be white or black. Adding additional ink colors will increase the cost of your shirt.
  5. When submitting your T-shirt request, please include your top three wish list items for the T-shirt. Marketing will do its best to accommodate wish list items, but it can’t guarantee that all three will be used.
    • Example: pink soft T-shirt, pink ribbon, the phrase “Cancer's Tough, But So Are You.”
  6. The team leader will receive a PDF proof of the T-shirt for review via email. Two rounds of revisions are allowed.
  7. Marketing cannot re-create or copy designs found via Google search or social media without express written permission from the original creator. Art provided by a sponsored organization cannot be altered.
  8. All T-shirts will be available for order on the Company Store.
  9. Any proceeds from sponsored-event T-shirt sales will donated to the sponsored organization.
