Add Your Work Contact Info to Workday to Help Improve Communication Throughout the Health SystemPublished: April 19, 2023
By adding your work phone number(s) to your Workday profile, you'll make it easier for other Methodist employees to get in touch with you.
Follow the steps below to add or update this information. Doing so will make your phone number visible in Outlook, Teams, Cisco, etc.
If you have your own extension, please use that number and not the generic number for your department or floor.
- Log in to Workday.
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click the "View Profile" button under your name.
- Find and click "Contact" in the blue menu.
- Click the "Edit" button and select "Change My Work Contact Information."
- Under "Phone," click the pencil to edit your number, phone type, etc. Make sure visibility is listed as Public.
- Click "Submit" to save.
