In August, Methodist President and CEO Steve Goeser announced pay increases as a way to thank you for your dedicated service.

Human Resources is excited to now be using Workday to provide each employee with an individualized document outlining their pay increase. An instruction link is provided below to view, print and save a copy of the document. The link is also provided on the Workday landing page under “Announcements” (bottom right corner on the Workday home page).

Click here for instructions on how to view your document, or follow the steps below. This information can be found in the People Portal by searching “pay raise” or “budget increase.”

  1. Log into Workday.
  2. Click on the My Tasks inbox in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the Review Budget Increase Document task.
  4. Click Submit to create a copy of the document.
  5. Refresh your screen (press F5) and go back to My Tasks.
  6. Select the Budget Increase Letter task.
  7. Click the box next to I Agree and click Submit. This authorizes the document to be generated.
  8. View or print this document by going to your worker profile and selecting the Personal tab, then clicking on Documents. This PDF will include all positions you hold within Methodist Health System.

Additional Notes

  • To view all of your compensation information in one place, visit the Compensation page of your worker profile and select the Total Rewards tab.
  • Use the Pay Change History and Bonus & One-Time Payments tabs of the Compensation page to view prior compensation changes or payments.

Reminder: The effective date of your pay increase was Sept. 17, and the increase/lump sum will be reflected on your Oct. 6 paycheck.

If you have questions about compensation, reach out to your direct supervisor. For questions about pay increase documents in Workday, contact the HR Service Center at (402) 354-2200.
