Course Description

This program explores the findings of the study investigating post COVID-19 recovery and how COVID-19 impacted the health of Methodist Health System health care staff as a whole. There will be a live question-and-answer session with the presenters. In session one, the focus is on the experience reported by health care personnel who had COVID-19, including their range and persistence of symptoms. Session two will compare the physical, emotional and cognitive symptoms experienced during the past year between those who did and did not have COVID-19.

Program Objectives

• Discuss the findings of the research study
• Explore the data collected
• Explore strategies for supporting post COVID-19 recovery

Target Audience

We welcome all nurses, physicians, social workers, medical assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, respiratory therapists, wellness coaches and other health care professions interested in learning more about the findings and interpretations of the data from this COVID-19 study.
