Policy Update: Compensation - Pay AdvancePublished: Jan. 20, 2017
In an emergency situation, an employee may request and receive a pay advance on a non-payroll week. The pay advance is at the discretion of the Vice President responsible for that area.
The policy has been updated to allow the pay advance not more than once in any 12-month period.
To better assist employees with financial matters, we will also make available to them our Employee Assistance Program where trained counselors will provide resources to help employees with budgeting and financial planning.
