Caring Kind Award Nomination
Submit the form below to nominate a Methodist Fremont Health employee to be recognized for the Caring Kind Award.
The Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) annually recognizes outstanding hospital employees who consistently strive for excellence in day-to-day interactions with patients, co-workers and visitors.
The following guidelines apply for nominees:
- Employed at Methodist Fremont Health for the previous 6-months.
- Currently do not have a corrective action, other than a Verbal Coaching.
Completed nomination forms must be received by Wednesday, July 30.
