Congratulations to the 2024 graduates of the Methodist Hospital Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program!

Eight postbaccalaureate students earned their MLS Program certificates from Methodist Hospital on May 3, and they will take their national board of certification exam through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Six of the graduates will be working for the Methodist Health System.

The MLS Program at Methodist Hospital is an intensive 11-month educational program providing experience in all major departments of a hospital clinical lab. Academic affiliates include College of Saint Mary, Bellevue University, Wayne State College, North Dakota State University and Northwest Missouri State University.

Methodist's MLS Program, established in 1968 as the Methodist Hospital School of Medical Technology, is fully accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
