As providers, it’s important to understand the physical, mental, emotional and social impacts of a head and neck cancer diagnosis.

Please join us for the fifth-annual Dan Lydiatt Symposium on Value-Based Care to hear directly from patients, caregivers and our team of experts on:

  • Pre-surgical conversations with patients
  • Facilitating patient goals of care
  • The impact that a head and neck cancer diagnosis can have on the mental health of patients and caregivers
  • The impact that surgical side effects and complications can have on daily life

There is no cost to attend this event, but RSVPs are requested. Continuing education credits will be offered.*
