Familiarize yourself with these documents in case of a Kronos outage

When Methodist Health System was impacted by the Kronos outage in 2021-22, the Finance division saw the event as a learning opportunity in preparedness.

While outages of that nature can be devastating to a health system, the lessons from this event will make us a better equipped organization should something similar occur again.

A written set of procedures has been developed along with a timekeeping template that will be used by all affiliates and cost centers throughout Methodist. 

These documents are available on the mhsintranet in the “Accounting/Finance” section within the “Resources” tab. Once on the page, refer to the “Other Resources” section. Please familiarize yourself with these documents:
