Congratulations to Carrie Ough, BSN, RN, a registered nurse in the Surgery Department at Methodist Fremont Health, for being honored with The DAISY Award! She was nominated by a colleague, who wrote:
“This nurse comes to work every day with a smile on her face. Every patient she encounters, she makes sure they are comfortable and that all their questions are answered. As patients drift off to sleep, she makes sure to talk about things they enjoy or help to put them at peace. ... She also goes above and beyond for teamwork in the department. ... We are so lucky to have her."
