The annual Voluntary PTO Sellback period is coming soon!

This unique program allows employees to preemptively “sell back” PTO hours that will be accrued in 2024. The number of hours you can sell back is limited to the amount you will accrue based on your years of service and hours worked.

Important Program Update

For 2024, there are three sellback dates available: March 22, July 26 and Dec. 27. We’re happy to still offer this unique employee benefit but recognize that this is a change. We greatly appreciate your understanding in the need to evolve the program to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll have an extra week to make your calculations and submit the form to HR this year. The election period is Dec. 11–29, 2023.

How to Complete a Voluntary PTO Sellback

  1. Review the knowledge article in the People Portal before making elections. This article contains the terms and conditions of the program as well as frequently asked questions.
  2. Starting Monday, Dec. 11, open the Voluntary PTO Sellback form from the intranet homepage. The form will prepopulate your name and contact information. and you can fill out the fields from there.

IMPORTANT: if someone else’s name displays in the form when you open it, promptly log out of the computer and log back in under your user name and password.

  3. Make your designations, taking care to double check your math and dates before submitting. You are allowed to resubmit this form with changes as long as it’s done before the Dec. 29 deadline.
  4. Look for your confirmation email from Human Resources and save it. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes of submitting the form, it did not go through and will need to be resubmitted.
