Methodist’s Operational Innovation team is proud to announce the next installment of Continuous Improvement Conversations – and you’re invited.

All Methodist employees are welcome for this livestreamed event that will explore how continuous improvement helps teams across the health system provide The Meaning of Care.

In the latest edition, Kristi Hayhurst, program manager for Infusion Services at Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center (MECC), will discuss a recent continuous improvement project at MECC and its successes.

The conversation will be recorded and available on demand after the event.
