Women Connect

You do so much to care for others. Take some time to care for yourself. Join us at our next Women Connect event.

We’re covering the different stages of a woman’s life: puberty, reproductive age and menopause – our most requested topics. Bring your daughters, mothers, friends and questions.

Our growing list includes:

  • With so many options, how do I pick the best period product for me?
  • How does age affect fertility?
  • Do I still need Pap smears and mammograms after menopause?

Methodist experts Dr. Carolee Jones, Dr. Brianne Kling, Dr. Annamaria Nagy and Dr. Judith Scott will be answering your questions in a casual Q&A.

We’re also offering free flu shots, yoga flow for a strong pelvic floor and an opportunity to connect with a dietitian.

It’s comfy, casual and free:

  • Saturday, Nov. 4
  • Doors open at 8 a.m. Program begins at 9 a.m.
  • Nebraska Methodist College – The Josie Harper Campus

Register and submit questions at MethodistHospitalFoundation.org/WomenConnect.

As part of every Women Connect event, you’ll have a chance to support Methodist programs that make our communities healthier places to live. At our fall event, we'll be packing kits to help women experiencing period poverty. We want everyone to pitch in.
