All Methodist Health System employees are invited to the next continuous improvement networking event, hosted by the Operational Innovation team.

Join us for a discussion on the importance of leader rounding, one of many valuable tools that leaders of all levels can use to better understand their staff members and improve their work environments.

Julie Williams, senior operational innovation specialist, will lead the discussion with Jan Morgan, service executive for Patient Care Administration at Methodist Hospital. In-person networking will follow the discussion.
