Methodist Research Day Is July 27. Here's How To Submit an Abstract

Methodist Hospital, Nebraska Methodist College, Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital, Methodist Women’s Hospital, Methodist Fremont Health and Sigma's Tau Tau Chapter are proud to sponsor the 19th Annual Methodist Interprofessional Research Day! This conference is open to the public and includes presenters and attendees interested in research and evidence-based practices.

Research Day will be held Thursday, July 27, at Nebraska Methodist College.  

Nurses and health care providers of all disciplines are each invited to submit an abstract that pertains to current evidence-based practices and/or research reflecting commitment to excellence in nursing or health care. Please share this with your staff and any other professionals you think may have interest! 

Option 1: Oral Presentation

Share your research. Submit your abstract on your qualitative, quantitative or evidenced-based research and findings for the opportunity to have a 20-30 minute podium presentation. Oral presentations will not be required to submit a poster. 

Option 2: Poster Presentation

Create a poster and spend five to 10 minutes sharing a summary of your qualitative, quantitative or evidenced-based research and findings. 

The deadline for submissions is June 12.

First, download the information sheet pertaining to your method of research:

Then, to submit your abstract, choose your method of research:

In-person presentations are strongly encouraged, but we will approve virtual presentations to encourage those who are out of town to present their research.
