Bill-Pay Portal Upgrade: Current Payment Plans To Be Canceled March 7, Must Be Reestablished

At Methodist, our commitment to providing the best patient experience includes offering convenient billing solutions.

As part of that effort, we’re planning an upgrade to the Methodist Bill Pay Portal, which will offer a more streamlined, secure payment experience.

This new platform will be equipped to better serve patients with more convenience and added security.

New portal features will include:

  • A convenient quick-pay option
  • The ability to update account information 24/7
  • The option to link family members’ billing accounts

Because of this upgrade, patients will be un-enrolled from current payment plans on March 7, 2023. Any payments previously scheduled on or after this date will be automatically canceled.

Patients who wish to continue a payment plan can reestablish it on or after March 7 by visiting the Methodist Bill Pay Portal at bestcare.org/billpay or calling our business office at (402) 354-4230.

A one-time payment option will continue to be available, and patients will have a 30-day grace period from March 7 to reestablish a payment plan.
