Baylie Williams Is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month for February 2023

Baylie Williams is a radiologic technologist in the Radiology Diagnostic Department. She embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. Baylie has been a Methodist employee for over three years.

From her nomination: “Baylie is The Meaning of Care. She is always a team player. She shows kindness and compassion to patients and staff. Baylie goes above and beyond every shift whether she helps patients to the restroom, transports them to other exams or brings them a warm blanket. Her calm and gentle demeanor is so appreciated. Baylie is polite, kind, warm, friendly, gentle, compassionate, fun and a delight to work with. Seeing her go above and beyond every day inspires others to do so as well.”
