Voluntary PTO Sellback Election Deadline Is Dec. 30

Communication regarding the election of voluntary Paid Time Off (PTO) sellbacks for 2023 is being distributed to eligible employees via their Methodist Health System email or through their supervisors.

The window for making an election is Dec 15-30, 2022. To complete a PTO sellback for 2023:

  • Go to the link on the mhsintranet home page titled “2023 Voluntary PTO Sellbacks” and complete the e-form. The form is also available under Forms / Human Resources / Benefits.
  • Please be sure to print a copy of your “2023 PTO Sellback” form before pressing the submit button to send the form to HR.
  • Watch for error messages. If the form isn’t complete, you’ll receive a warning in red, and your form won’t be submitted until the error is resolved.
  • When you submit your form electronically, you will receive an email confirmation message. If you don’t receive this confirmation, your form did not go through and will need to be resubmitted. Save the confirmation email as proof of your election.

Dec. 30, 2022, is the deadline to submit your sellback election form if you wish to sell back PTO in 2023.
