Exciting Changes Coming to Employee CommunicationsPublished: Dec. 7, 2022
You may have noticed a new look in the weekly Employee Connections email this week. The change is just one direct reflection of an internal communications survey that Methodist employees completed earlier this year.
We’ve also made it easier to submit news and story ideas to the Marketing Department. Simply visit this page, select “News Submission or Story Idea” and enter the details of your idea. Whether it’s praise for Methodist’s amazing staff members or an example of the outstanding care they provide every day, we want to hear from you! Your ideas will be considered for publication in the Methodist newsroom, Employee Connections and our social media channels.
These are just two changes stemming from feedback employees gave in the communications survey. The results of the survey are being shared at management forum presentations, and more improvements will be announced in the coming months.
