NMC Continuing Education Honored; Register Now for Upcoming EventsPublished: Oct. 7, 2022
The Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development continuing education program recently completed the reaccreditation process for nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) and physician continuing medical education (CME), receiving approval for both!
For NCPD, Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development received approval with distinction. This is the first time it has been approved at the highest level. The approval with distinction signifies that Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development meets and exceeds the standards and requirements set forth by the Midwest Multistate Division, which is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

2022 Behavioral Health Conference

Childhood Lead Exposure and Screening

2022 Lung Cancer Symposium
We welcome all nurses, physicians, medical assistants, respiratory therapists, dosimetrists, radiologic technologists and other health care professionals caring for the lung cancer patient. Topics will include updates in lung cancer screening, the benefits of robotic assisted bronchoscopies, photodynamic therapy, the use of SBRT in early stage lung cancer and important discussion points during end-of-life care for lung cancer patients.
