Join the Fight Against Colon Cancer at the Boxer 500

The Boxer 500, a short run and walk to fight colon cancer, is back with in-person events – and you're invited! A virtual event is also planned.
Methodist Health System is proud to sponsor this event, which is organized by the Great Plains Colon Cancer Task Force.
Live Event Details
What: 5K run/walk, 1-mile walk, 1K Kids Run and Kids Dash
When: Aug. 21
Where: Werner Park
Live event registrations include:
- 2022 Boxer 500 T-shirt/unique survivor T-shirt (T-shirts are guaranteed only to participants registered by Aug. 1)
- Finisher medals
- Pancake feed
- Kids zone
- All of the fun, community, support and celebration offered at Boxer 500!
Virtual Event Details
The Virtual Boxer 500 will be held the weekend of Aug. 20-21. Pick a day, pick your distance, and enjoy the run/walk with your family, friends and pets.
Virtual registrations include:
- 2022 Boxer 500 T-shirt/unique survivor T-shirt (T-shirts are guaranteed only to participants registered by Aug. 1)
- Finisher medals
