Voluntary PTO Sellback Election Period Now Open; Deadline Is Dec. 31

Communication regarding the election of voluntary PTO sellbacks for 2022 has been distributed to eligible employees via their Methodist Health System email. Employees without a work email will receive the communication from their supervisor.

To complete a PTO sellback for 2022:

•    Go to the link on the mhsintranet home page titled “2022 Voluntary PTO Sellbacks” and complete the e-form. The form is also available under Forms / Human Resources / Benefits.

•    Please be sure to print a copy of your “2022 PTO Sellback” form before pressing the submit button to send the form to HR.

•    Watch for error messages. If the form is not complete, you will receive a warning in red, and your form cannot be submitted until the error is resolved.

•    When you submit your form electronically, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, your form did not go through and will need to be resubmitted. Save the confirmation email as proof of your election.

Dec. 31, 2021, is the deadline to submit your sellback election form if you wish to sell back PTO in 2022.
