At Methodist Health System, we pride ourselves on a culture of openness, trust and integrity. Effective ethics is a team effort involving the participation and support of every employee. Employees can submit reports or concerns anonymously via the Confidential Reporting Hotline or website.

The Confidential Reporting Hotline, managed through Lighthouse Services, Inc., was created for a specific purpose: to give employees a confidential way to report fraud, unlawful, unethical and other types of improper behavior. This hotline is NOT a substitute for routine communications between associates and their supervisors and managers, particularly as to workplace duties. It also doesn't replace communications with HR staff about benefit issues or other job related issues. Instead, this hotline is an additional communication tool for specific types of situations, and it is provided because we believe it's a good business practice to do so.

Employees can submit reports or concerns anonymously via the Confidential Reporting Hotline or website.
