NICU Expansion Project Reaches Goal!

Cyndy Peacock, Chief Executive Officer, Methodist Hosptial Foundation shared an exciting update with everyone at Methodist Health System; the goal for the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Expansion Project at Methodist Women’s Hospital has been reached.

The $19.3 million expansion project will nearly double the number of NICU beds available currently, add more family space and include new lifesaving technology at the hospital.

Because of your support during Caring Campaign, we were able to secure the funding in less than two years. We are profoundly grateful.

Construction is well underway on the project. We expect that the new wing will be ready for our tiniest, most vulnerable patients this fall.
