Thank you to each Methodist Health System employee who took part in the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) Fit2BeCancerFree Challenge.

The Fit2BeCancerFree Challenge is a virtual step-tracking fitness event to help promote cancer prevention. Together with the ACS, we can all take steps to live healthier and lower our cancer risk.

During the challenge, which ran Oct. 10-28, each participant's goal was to run or walk 60 miles in three weeks while raising awareness for the Omaha Hope Lodge and the American Cancer Society.
